Secondly, I work on formulating your products to achieve at least one technical benefit. With over 25 years as an expert in formulation, I work in my lab to produce quality products.
Once the initial formulation is locked in, we work on developing it into multiple shades and a full palette. These are then scaled up and put into production. Again, I work with your production team to ensure that the shade match is accurate with best practices and technical knowledge.
