Brendan and I had worked together on several branded global foundation projects. He had the challenge (and knowledge) of how to design shade palettes, cater to global skin tones, balance wet and dry color, and limit the shade counts allowing for shelving and self-selection.
Brendan was a great partner, learning and sharing his intimate understanding of color science.
During our time together, he demonstrated technical understanding and the ability to meet consumer and market needs.
