Colour dispute client

I recently had a dispute with a supplier of my pool table work top with regards to it being a match of colour to my current table and what I had ordered, with the supplier saying it was a colour match and me saying otherwise.

I sought Brendan's assistance to give me his expert colour assessment of how far off the match was and to quantify the colour difference with his colour measuring device. 

Upon me presenting his report to the person that had sold me the item we were able to resolve the dispute, as he accepted that it was not the colour i had purchased and was significantly different to what i had ordered.

Brendan's expertise and instruments were key to helping me to resolve the dispute satisfactorily.
